Just Recapping
Last night was spent in the company of my high school friends - Mark, Marjorie and Christel. We met in Glorietta and ate dinner together at Haiku. We had chicken teriyaki, which tasted a little bit overdone on the grill, beef teriyaki which was relatively good and was not tough, both of which were served with salad. We also ordered assorted seafoods (squid, shrimps and cuttlefish), which I barely touched since I not a seafood person.
After dinner, we met with Christel's parents. Marjorie and I were commenting how Christel's brother could possibly find a pretty girlfriend when all his sisters and even his mother are extravagantly beautiful. Marrying into their family would just cause real low self esteem for a girl, having to be compared to three gorgeous sisters-in-law and an almost ageless mother-in-law!
We were also complaining that now that we found out where the Ponticello bar is, we all are experiencing curfews enforced by our parents. Oh well. Yesterday was also a too bad day for Marjorie and me, learning that Urbandub was performing at 6 Underground that night. Christel though, was uncomfortable in the place during our previous visit in that place, so it's a cancelled gimik place when we're all together..
Highschool friends.. I just love them...
